The Rhodesian Ridgeback Club Inc. is inviting all Rhodesian Ridgeback clubs in Australia to participate in nominating a Judge for the 10th National Ridgeback Show in 2012 held in NSW. This will also be the 20th anniversary since the 1st National. All nominations are to be for a person who owns or has owned Ridgebacks and are a Specialist of the breed. All nominations must include a resume.
This will enable all members of every ridgeback club to have the opportunity to put forward a judge of their choice. From the nominations the RR club inc. will endeavor to choose carefully a judge that will promote interest, honesty, a good entry and further the recognition of the breed.
The Club is also calling for nominations for the 2011 specialty shows.

The club is looking for fundraising suggestions for the 2012 RR National. If you have any fundraising ideas please forward them to a member of the club committee.
The club is also establishing a 2012 National Show sub committee. If you want to help organise and run the National please forward your nomination to the Secretary.

The club has started a rescue fund to enable the club to rescue and rehouse ridgebacks. The funds are used to rescue dogs from the pound, pay vets fees, food and transport costs as well as costs associated with advertising and rehousing. At the Easter specialty over $400 was donated to the fund. Thank you to those that contributed.
